International Opportunities

Duke University takes pride in the fact that there are multiple opportunities for undergraduate, graduate and professional students to travel, engage in service learning and do research in the international arena.

Through undergraduate scholarships and graduate fellowship opportunities, students can find the financial support to study in regions of the world that otherwise would be impossible for them to visit.

Close to fifty percent of all Duke students participate in the study abroad program as another venue for international experience.

Funding for faculty research in a variety of disciplines and world areas can also be found at Duke.

International career and internship opportunities are also  key components for students at Duke.  Several offices throughout the University work with businesses and students, finding mutually beneficial relationships.

After graduation, there are further opportunities for international exploration via the Duke Alumni Association.
