GLOBAL DUKE DATA
International Student Data
An excellent resource for Duke's International Student data is the Open Doors page on the International Office's site. Statistics show that the number of international students at Duke has grown tremendously in the last ten years, with Chinese students remaining the most numerous national grouping in the international student community, followed by India and South Korea. Business and science faculties continue to attract the greatest number of international admissions, though economics and political science have a comparable international population. In 2007/08 there are 2074 international students at Duke (including dual citizens and permanent residents) representing approximately 117 countries. The International House website provides detailed demographic information about these students.
The Duke Law School's website provides a profile of the international students in recent and current classes.
